Can you imagine just how many people have suffered utter devastation from this?
11 teenage boys! Snuffed out just like that!
The police can’t implement necessary measures to end knife-carrying by teenagers in London, because people complain about perceived lopsidedness of the race of the folk who get stopped & searched. I accept that the police can indeed try to do a bit more to avoid racial profiling and that such measures as stop & search, should be applied indiscriminately, to remove perception of unfairness. But they need to be allowed to do their job!
11 kids knifed to death in just 12 months, is nearly 1 per month! That really is awful!
Something must be done and done urgently or it will become normal
