We are in truly awful times! UK net migration is reported to be going down and we are quarrelling about who takes credit for it!!!!!

Goes to show it is all just a political football after all?

A slight drop in net migration figures and we are squabbling over whether it was down to the policies of the previous government!? Who cares???!!!! Just get on with the work!!!

Some folk are planning summer protests – which we hope, isn’t going to turn into rioting – with a list is issues they say the labour government hasn’t fixed, in just the few months labour have been in power. The same problems the previous government didn’t fix in the 14 years they were in power and there were no summer protests held! Curious isn’t it?
We are now in an era where people say an election is rigged if they don’t win. Then they start protests and say they want an early election until they win! They defend freedom of speech only when it allows them to say awful things about others.

We must find a way to get back to some semblance of common sense! Governments are not there to serve one side or the other! An election is run to select leaders. Once the leaders are elected, they are supposed to govern to the benefit of everyone (including people who didn’t vote for them! The election is over!!!).

Awful times….
